What is sound entrainment - What is brain entrainment?

Updated: 2 days ago

Sound Entrainment - Brainwave Entrainment. . Also known as binaural beats. Binaural beat happens when you play two tones that are a few Hz apart – the interplay between the different sound waves will create an illusion of a third tone. This method stimulates the brain into a specific state using sound vibration to encourage your brain waves to align to the frequency of the beat. Since our body & mind have specific frequencies at which they function at total capacity, but that the noise and chaos of the world interfere with these frequencies, creating disharmony throughout our system, showing up as physical ailments, stress, depression, emotional blockage, to name a few.

To restore that balance, we must vibrate at our original frequencies, which is easily achieved with sound healing. The instruments work by vibrating and oscillating with every cell of your body; in turn, your body attracts the necessary vibration from the musical instruments to restore itself to its natural resonance. And voila, with no effort on your part, your body is back in harmony, leaving you with an overall sense of balance and well-being.
