Sound healing is a gentle way to process our emotions without the spoken word, a way to heal our emotional body of residual “stuff” that we needlessly carry through life. The stuff that keeps us from full expression of our innermost self or expresses itself as physical pain or dis-ease. Concettina uses gongs, crystal singing bowls, drum, chimes, and many more instruments in her sessions. All you have to do is lie back and experience the magic!
