To live with an open heart is to remember that the essence of our true self is LOVE. We must forgive, heal and feel the depths of our emotions before we have the space to connect deeper and higher. This open heart space is where we reflect divine love and light for each other!

We pick our vibrational frequency.  We decide what we see when we look, what we feel as we experience, and what we hear as life speaks to us.  We choose the vibration we send out into the world and receive the vibrational frequency we send out, just like a boomerang.  The highest frequency is the vibrational frequency of Love.  All the rest is noise and reactionary fear-based emotions.  It’s like the fuzzy sound on an old radio as you try to tune into your desired channel.  Love is the ultimate channel.  Love is the absence of fear. Once we can break free from reactions and fear, we can raise our energy vibration by alchemizing our emotions by feeling compassion, gratitude, and joy for our lives. We are no longer at the mercy of what everyone else is vibrating at.  We can use our energy wisely and bring more Love into every encounter, thought, or action.

An interesting thing about Love — you cannot feel it from outside yourself, no matter how much is coming your way.  Love comes from within.  We cannot experience it outside of us without generating it and sharing it from within.

In this specific sound vibrational healing we will amplify these divine gift frequencies and project them in the outer world to unify us all from within by connecting one heart to another. 

Sound Vibrational Healing is based on the foundamental facts that the entire Universe is in a state of vibration. This includes human beings. Every organ, cell, bone, tissue, and liquid of the body, and the electromagnetic fields which surround the body, has a healthy vibratory frequency. If we are not resonating with some part of ourselves or our surroundings, we become dissonant and therefore unhealthy; our naturally healthy Frequency becomes a frequency that vibrates without harmony, creating illness. During the event, participants lie down or sit in a chair and are bathed head to toe in sound vibration — including singing crystal bowls, gongs, chimes & a variety of drums; it’s an ethereal experience. You will come away with a clear mind and a more profound sense of relaxation with feeling restored.  We strongly recommend this event for people who have trouble meditating or feel like they just “can’t get there.”it’s an ethereal experience. You will come away with a clear mind and a deeper appreciation for the wonder of sound.

Please arrive between 1:45-2:00 pm to get settled in; the event begins at 2:00 pm

WHAT TO BRING : Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, sweater, bolster , anything you need to be comfortable. Zero gravity chairs will be provided for those who do not wish to lie down on first come basis
