Sound vibration helps with restoring balance and harmony for your mind, body and spirit
Discover how quiet yet powerful sounds can wash away stress or anxiety and create emotional balance. You will also learn that Sound Therapy is much more than just fun sounds to calm you down. The sounds work on normalizing many of the automatic functions of our nervous system by working directly on the ear-brain connection. The ear is intricately linked to our nervous system and triggers the functioning of our vagus nerve. The vibrational sounds bring about feelings of safety and our social and emotional responses.
Brain activity shifts into a parasympathetic state, the state of healing. Deena says,” I’m in the business of transformation” Attending a Sound Healing session transforms the way you were feeling before the experience. Sound vibration restores normality to our nervous system, calms the mind, restores rational thinking, harmonizes every cell of your body, leaving you with an overall sense of well-being. You cannot stop the wave, but you can learn to surf!
Join me to reset your energy system by experiencing a session of sound vibrational healing, specifically to ignite a sense of well-being by raising your vibration & clear out negative/old patterns while harmonizing your mind and body. Singing bowls, gongs, drums and other sound instruments have been used for many years to achieve healing, balance, and a total state of bliss. One session can help you clear your mind, open your heart, melt tension, and activate the lymphatic system for healing.
Location: The Elliott Museum, 825 NE Ocean Blvd., Stuart, FL 34996, on the second floor in the theatre.
Please arrive between 5:30 PM-5:50 PM to settle in- we promptly start at 6:00 PM
WHAT TO BRING : Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, sweater, bolster , anything you need to be comfortable. Chairs will be provided for those who do not wish to lie down. ( must reserve in advance)
