Soundscape are wondrous immersive listening and feeling sessions that invite us to explore listening as a way to find calm and focus, experience the moment, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. Sound Vibration holds the key to restoring your energy. Escaping the hussle and bussle of the outside world to enter your inner world is effective in reducing symptoms of stress and anxiety, as well as improving overall well-being.
When in this state we can induce healing, access to higher consciousness, stimulate muscle relaxation and pain relief, heighten creativity and problem solving skills, and make the mind more permeable and receptive to change through different types of therapies such as hypnosis and subliminal messaging.
