The power of the Full moon is sustained 4 days before and 4 days after exact date of the Full moon.

Every month's full moon is unique in what it brings into your life. There's a new one every month with a story to tell, a meaning behind its name, and its own special way to affect you. Fortunately, with a little lunar knowledge, and sound therapy you can really make the most of this Full Moon. Sound therapy helps you transform your brain waves leading into a profoundly restorative state, which activates the body's self-healing system, igniting your creativity, increases your intuition, obtain a deep relaxation & so many more benefits.

Preparing for the full effect of the full moon:

The Buck Moon spiritual meaning is associated with growth, strength, and manifestation, allowing us to embrace our inner power and focus on personal transformation. Buck Moon, also known as the Full Thunder Moon or Full Hay Moon, is the July full moon named after the time when male deer (bucks) grow their new antlers. According to Bustle, the Buck moon will help us open our minds to our hearts, and will help us reflect on how we've reimmersed ourselves into society, post-pandemic. It will also be rising in Aquarius, which will allow us to embrace our fun, yet unpredictable, emotions.

The Buck Full Moon is typically about a high tide of power, amplifying and creativity.  It’s a time when our emotions can tend to be heightened. It is a great time to release things!  To let go of that which no longer serves you; the things you no longer need in your life or an aspect of yourself that you have outgrown. It can be situations, people, personality traits, unhelpful and unhealthy habits etc. The energy is powerful during a Full Moon and it really allows us that much needed energy to take action!  So it's about releasing; letting go!  However, it’s also about ‘Forgiving’.  Forgiving of situations and things other people have done/said/caused us harm or things we have done. Getting rid of the old to allow transformation and fabulous new opportunities.

During the Buck Full Moon, sound healing will enhance your ability to harness the moon's powerful energies for growth and transformation. The resonant vibrations from crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums will help you enter a deeply restorative state, amplifying your intuition and creativity. This sound healing session will aid in releasing what no longer serves you, allowing you to let go of old habits, emotions, and situations. Embrace this opportunity to align with the Buck Moon's energy, fostering personal growth, emotional healing, and the manifestation of your inner power.
