About the Event
The normal state of mental consciousness is prone to negative thoughts of judgment, worry, fear, etc. When your mind continues to pull you into negativity, you perpetuate lower vibrations in your energy.
Start paying attention to your thoughts and to how you speak to yourself and other people. Mindfulness, or beginning to observe your thoughts in the moment, is a key way to shift your thinking. Monitoring what your mind says naturally encourages your mind to "be on a bit better behavior" and to have more positive thoughts.
You can take this a step further by actually elevating your base level of mental consciousness. You do this by touching states of higher consciousness and the Divine mind.
Quieting your mind is essential in accomplishing this.
Sound Vibrational Healing is also a powerful tool to reboot your mind. If your computer or phone starts acting wonky, what do you do? You reboot it to help get things back into alignment, into an optimized operating state.
When your mind is spiraling, reboot it through meditation, listening to music, or taking deep breaths; however one of the most effective ways is to immerse yourself in a sound bath
Dropping into deep stillness gives you an opportunity to replenish your energy from the zero-point field of infinite possibility.
When you recharge from this place, you no longer need to “get energy from others”. You can cut away the need to engage in lower energy games that most of humanity is still entangled in – stepping back to observe from a place of higher Divine mind.
This raises your vibration which has an immense benefit for your life, but also helps you to ripple high vibe energy out beyond you to bless and benefit all.
"Attending a Sound Healing session transforms how you felt before the experience," says Deena. Sound vibration restores normality to our nervous system, calms the mind, restores rational thinking, and harmonizes every cell of your body, leaving you with an overall sense of well-being. You cannot stop the wave, but you can learn to surf!
