Most of the time, we tend to forget about ourselves while taking good care of people we love without realizing that we are slowly losing ourselves in the process. Not until we start feeling tired, exhausted, and sometimes burdened. We start questioning ourselves, blaming the circumstances, and fueling all kinds of negative emotions. All because we forgot to love ourselves first and foremost. You cannot give you are not.

You have to love yourself to get anything done in this life!
