The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year and the quiet turning point toward the return of the light. It is a time of deep reflection, release, and renewal — a sacred pause before the new cycle begins. In this Burning Bowl Ceremony, we join the ancient tradition of letting go, writing down what no longer serves us — fears, doubts, old patterns — and releasing them into the fire as a symbolic act of transformation. With the power of sound healing, each note becomes a purifying wave, helping to dissolve the energetic residue of the past year and making space for what is to come.
