Deep Reset Wednesday is designed to be different from the rest of the week’s sessions — a special midweek pause where you can step away from the pace of daily life and allow your entire system to recalibrate. While Tuesday’s Tune-Up offers a quick reset and the weekend sessions explore themed sonic journeys, Wednesday is your deeper immersion — a time to slow down, release the buildup of the week, and restore your inner balance.
As you settle comfortably into a zero-gravity chair, simply close your eyes and allow yourself to be carried by waves of sound. Crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and over one hundred carefully selected instruments create a rich tapestry of vibration that gently guides the body and mind…
