Twilight Journey! THIS IS ON-TIME EVENT
🌕As the day fades into evening, there’s nothing you need to do or figure out. You don’t have to try to relax or feel a certain way. Simply notice where the sound meets your body and let it move through you in its own way. If the mind feels busy, that’s okay—let the body receive the vibration and the rest will follow. This time carries a lot of mental energy, so tonight is about settling back into the body, allowing the nervous system to soften, and letting the sound do what it naturally does.
We require a minimum of 10 participants for this upcoming Sunday's event. If we don't reach this minimum, rest assured that we will refund those already registered. Your satisfaction and experience are our priorities. I appreciate you’re understanding.
