About the Event
Let' celebrate Fall equinox together!
Beautiful and nostalgic, Â Fall is a deeply spiritual season, with many symbolisms and meanings. Change and transformation fill the air as leaves change colors and fall to the ground below. The red, orange, and yellow foliage is there to remind us that change can be scary but it is also a beautiful thing.
The Autumn Equinox is a meaningful time of year to honor the harvest. Whether that be a "real" harvest of the things planted in your garden or the harvest of efforts and intentions for your life path that you set earlier in the year...
Equinox is the day where we have equal hours of darkness to equal hours of light. We will explore Balance within ourselves, to see where more love and balance are wished. Where do you need more grounding with the Earth in your life? Where do you wish more flow of emotions? How can there be more passion? When do you need to sing and laugh?
On the Fall Equinox you may want to honor all that you have in your life and shift your consciousness from one of lack to one of prosperity and gratitude in some way through a small ritual or ceremony. Such as lighting a candle, giving thanks, and speaking your gratitude for all that you are and all that you have.
Sound Vibration (often known as sound healing or sound bath) is an ancient practice allowing sounds to assist in reaching a deep state of relaxation. It’s an invitation into an opportunity to disconnect from your busy life and external stimuli, allowing your healing to take place. During the event, participants lie down and are bathed head to toe in sound vibration — it’s an ethereal experience. You will come away with a clear mind and a deeper appreciation for the wonder of sound.
