When we say Love yourself, immedialty most people will say but that is selfish....lets define it. 

Selfishness means vibrational alignment with self.

And in order to understand that, you have to know who self really is.

Self is source, self is pure positive energy, self is worthy, self is clear-minded,

self is healthy, self is full of vitality, self is eager about life.

Which simply means your selfish enough to care how you feel.

Love is the essence of creation. With the meditations and sound you can practice tuning in to elevated emotions, feeling the feelings of your new future, and becoming the love of your life.

Remember, you don’t have to wait for anything outside yourself to change your internal state. This very moment, you can feel love … and become love.
