Beautiful souls, the Fall Equinox is a sacred time when day and night stand in perfect balance — a reminder for us to find that same harmony within. Tonight, we begin with a Balance Stones Ceremony. I’ll be giving each of you a smooth stone to hold in your hands. As you settle in, take a moment to reflect on where you may feel out of balance — in your body, your emotions, or your thoughts.
When the sound begins, gently place your stone in front of you, symbolizing the release of what no longer serves you or what has been keeping you off-center. Allow the vibrations of the crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes to flow through you, bringing balance, peace, and renewal. Feel yourself grounding into the earth while expanding…
