Stone & Sound Ceremony- Fall Equinox! This is an ON-TIME event
In honor of the Fall Equinox—a sacred moment when light and darkness meet in equal measure—we invite you to experience our Balance Stone Ceremony. You will hold a smooth stone as you gently reflect on anything that may be tipping you out of balance, then place it down with intention, releasing what no longer serves you and replace it with a new intention: You’ll then settle into a deeply restorative sound-healing journey as the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes help calm the nervous system, release tension, clear stagnant energy, and restore harmony to the body, mind, and spirit. At the close of the journey, you’ll take your stone home as a grounding reminder that whenever life pulls you off center, you can pause, breathe, and return to balance within.
