Slip into the midweek magic with a Wednesday journey designed to carry you from wired to wonderfully at ease. You’ll recline in a zero-gravity chair as the room dims and your breath slows; then 27 white crystal bowls, gentle gongs, and shimmering chimes begin to weave a spacious soundscape around you. Layer by layer, the overtones coax your nervous system out of fight-or-flight and into deep rest—softening the jaw, unclenching the belly, loosening the shoulders. We’ll guide a few simple breathing cues to tone the vagus nerve, invite the heart to open, and quiet the mind’s noise so clarity can rise to the surface.
