What is happening on a mind, body, and soul level?

During a Solar Eclipse, there is a definite change in Earth's vibration and frequency of energies. Seeing as we are all connected and part of these vibrational frequencies, it is likely that we are also going to feel this. Your balance may be affected, or you may feel out of sorts. You may also feel extra sensitive to the energies and emotions of those around you. The solar eclipse  will be a spectacular event, and many of you will perceive it as a reminder of your own personal Strength & Triumph you have been seeking deliberately or unconsciously. Much has happened recently for you, and you will be presented with many exciting opportunities.

On a deeper level, when attending a sound healing session,, the frequency and vibration of the instruments can activate your own "reset" and help you raise your energetic vibration to a whole new level.  During the Eclipse, our circadian rhythms (our physical, mental, and behavioral changes that follow a 24-hour cycle) are controlled by our pineal gland, which is the gland also responsible for the opening and awakening of our third eye 

( higher consciousness).

During a sound vibrational healing, the resonance of the singing crystal bowls, gongs, and drums has the power to entrain the brain, letting go of the mind's clutter. Tuning into your own grounding frequency through feeling the instrument's power will help you expand your consciousness and allow healing and peace to take place.

For those sensitive souls out there, you may feel the energies intensifying as the Solar Eclipse gets closer, so be gentle with yourself and practice lots of self-love and self-care. Sound healing has become a self-care ritual for many attendees.
