Vagus Nerve Activation & Sound Healing: Awakening from Dorsal Vagal Shutdown
The vagus nerve is the bridge between the body and mind, deeply intertwined with our ability to feel safe, connected, and at ease. When activated, it promotes relaxation, emotional balance, and deep healing.
