🌱 Spring Equinox: Seed Intention Ceremony & Sound Activation: The Spring Equinox marks a sacred threshold — the Earth poised in perfect balance between light and dark, rest and renewal. It’s a time to plant not only seeds in the soil but intentions in the soul.

Each participant receives a small biodegradable pot and a handful of seeds — symbols of potential, growth, and creation. Begin by inviting everyone to take a few deep, grounding breaths. As they center, encourage them to reflect on what they wish to cultivate in this new season: perhaps inner peace, abundance, self-love, or courage.
