Nourish your Heart: Self-Love Valentine's Sound Bath & Meditation

A nourishing Valentine's Day Sound Bath for all the sovereign souls out there who adore romance, whether partnered or independent. 

Join me this Valentine's Day for an hour-long Sound Bath that will help to open your heart and calm your mind. This is a great alternative to your typical Valentine's Day date! I intend to align with the beautiful breathtaking light and sound vibration by honoring and loving ourselves deeply ,and that love effortlessly radiates out into the world.

The SOUND BATH will begin with a guided meditation where the mind meets the heartand then drift into live resonant instruments such as gong, crystal singing bowls, bells, and various instruments for sound immersion.There is no better way to celebrate love than to give yourself the gift of self-care and self-love.

Come relax in a room filled with heartwarming pink lights.  You will be given a rose quartz crystal to meditate with.

This event is great for friends, couples, or singles wanting to celebrate a day of love! This experience will allow you to journey as far and as wide as you wish. You need NO prior meditation experience, and this is for EVERYONE. We invite you to get comfy and let the sounds lead the way.

Location: The Elliott Museum, 825 NE Ocean Blvd., Stuart, FL 34996, on the second floor in the theatre.

Please arrive between 1:30-1:45 pm to get settled in. The event will begin promptly at 2:00 pm

WHAT TO BRING : Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, sweater, bolster , anything you need to be comfortable. Chairs will be provided for those who do not wish to lie down. ( please call to reserve the chairs)
