Lunar Eclipse!
Spiritually speaking, an Eclipse Cycle serves a key role, and that is triggering change and transformation.
Eclipses have a way of revealing old patterns, insecurities, limitations and even fears. When you become aware of these “lower vibrational energies” within and around you, you then have the power and opportunity to heal and transmute them so you can let them go.
In this sense an Eclipse Cycle is an ally on your transformation journey. They shine a spotlight on where you're out of alignment, so you can transform and shift into greater harmony and coherence with Truth, and the highest possibilities for your life.
Illuminating your “stuff” however is not always fun and easy, and can be downright painful and challenging at times. This is why throughout history Eclipses have often been feared and even believed to have harmful spiritual side effects.
A potent time to dream and manifest. This eclipse brings a strengthening of your intuition. Celebrate powerful sound vibrational healing. The resonance of the singing crystal bowls, gongs, and drums has the power to entrain the brain, letting go of the mind's clutter. Tuning into your own grounding frequency through feeling the instrument's power will help you expand your consciousness and allow healing and peace to take place.
For those sensitive souls out there, you may feel the energies intensifying as the Solar Eclipse gets closer, so be gentle with yourself and practice lots of self-love and self-care. Sound healing has become a self-care ritual for many attendees.

Please arrive between 5:30 -5:45 pm to get settled in. The event will begin promptly at 6:00 pm
WHAT TO BRING : Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, sweater, bolster , anything you need to be comfortable. Chairs will be provided for those who do not wish to lie down. ( must call to reserve in advance)
