Full Moon Sound Vibrational Healing

The power of the Full moon is sustained 4 days before and 4 days after exact date of the Full moon

• The Full Moon is a perfect time each month to pause and to take inventory of your progress within the present moment.
• The Full Moon heightens intuition and brings energy and healing frequency of the Divine and All That Is. The time on and around the Full Moon supports you energetically as you contemplate your path forward and align with the understanding of how you may best correct your course now, to align more fully with your heart's true desire and with embodying your higher self. Quiet your mind, get still, open your heart and tune in.
• During a sound healing session, also known as a sound bath, you'll typically lie down on the floor or a yoga mat, perhaps cuddle up with a cozy blanket, and simply listen as a practitioner plays a variety of instruments and you "bathe" in the soothing sounds and vibration.

The experience is highly recommended for people who have trouble meditating or quieting their minds.

Please arrive between 5:45 pm-6:00 pm to get settled in. The event will begin promptly at 6:15pm and will continue for more than  hour .

WHAT TO BRING : Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, sweater or whatever you need to be comfortable. Chairs will be provided for those who do not wish to lie down.
