Nature’s Reset — Wednesday Evening- This is an On-Time Event

Nature has its own way of quieting the mind and reminding the body how to soften. The sound of rain, rolling waves, distant thunder, birds, and other natural rhythms can create a sense of safety, allowing the nervous system to begin resetting without effort.

This Wednesday evening, I’ll spend more time than usual with the nature sounds throughout the journey. The thunder drum, ocean drum, rain stick, birds, waves, and dragonfly will be woven through the crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs, surrounding you with the feeling of being immersed in nature.

Because these sounds are layered, spacious, and constantly changing, your analytical mind cannot predict or control what comes next. The mental chatter can begin to quiet, your breathing may naturally slow, and your body is given permission to move into a deeper state of rest.
