As the longest night of the year gives way to the gradual return of the light, Deena invites participants to gather for a sacred evening of reflection and renewal. Each guest will receive a candle, symbolizing the spark of divine light within. Through guided intention, the group will illuminate their candles together, releasing what no longer serves and welcoming in clarity, hope, and illumination for the new season.
This ceremony blends the stillness of winter with the resonance of sound healing. The deep grounding tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs mirror the Earth’s quiet rhythm, inviting peace and introspection. As the vibrations rise, they awaken the inner sun — harmonizing the body’s energy centers and aligning participants with the light’s return.
