Anger can be difficult to manage on your own, especially when frustration, irritation, resentment, or impatience has been building within the body over time. Before the sound healing begins, I will guide you through a short visualization and meditation inspired by HeartMath’s Transforming Anger, including the Freeze-Frame® Technique, to help interrupt the automatic reaction, calm the emotional charge, and create space for a different response. No one will be asked to speak or share personal experiences. We will then move into the sound journey, where the frequencies and vibrations can reach beneath the thinking mind—softening physical tension, calming the nervous system, and helping the energy of anger shift and transform. You do not have to figure it all out; simply arrive as you are and allow the sound to meet you there.
