In a sound healing session, you can expect to immerse yourself in a soothing environment where various instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes are played to create harmonious vibrations. As you relax comfortably, the gentle sounds wash over you, inducing a state of deep relaxation. You may experience a range of sensations, from physical relaxation to emotional release, as the sound vibrations work to balance your energy and promote healing throughout your body, mind, and spirit.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the event begins, I promptly start at 6:00 PM
Please abstain from wearing heavy perfumes
Upon arriving, please use the restrooms and turn off your phones.
