Before we enter the sound healing journey, we will begin with a powerful Burning Bowl Ritual for the Summer Solstice — a sacred practice of intentional release, renewal, and transformation. You will be invited to write down anything you are ready to let go of: old thoughts, heavy emotions, limiting beliefs, painful experiences, stagnant energy, or anything that no longer feels aligned with the version of you that is ready to rise. Together, in a safe and intentional way, we will burn these papers as a symbolic act of release, allowing the fire to transform what has been held and create space for clarity, healing, fresh energy, and new beginnings.
